Ferche Millwork is seeking an ambitious and independent individual to join our team as a forklift driver in our shipping department who will also work as a back-up truck driver. Candidates must have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and operate equipment, both forklift and 18-wheeler tractor trailers, in a safe and efficient manner.

This is a full-time position where duties will be split between operating the forklift and driving truck as back-up for current drivers. This position may transition to full-time truck driving when current driver's move towards retirement.

Maintaining and repairing various plant equipment. Responsible for housekeeping, inspection, maintenance and repair. Maintains employee communications and relationships and supports company goals.

Operates moulding equipment, maintains production records and communications associated with activities of equipment, product and customers specifications. Assumes responsibility of the moulder, its mechanical condition and safe operation, performance in product quality and production output. Responsible for housekeeping, proper material utilization, employee relationships and support company goals.
